BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND STAFF

Serving on the board of the Sidwell Group are highly experienced professionals with proven integrity. The group is also equiped with visionary and highly talented members of staff.
The highly professional board of directors is headed by the founder who is also the chairman of the board.
Other members of the board include four non-executive members who are all professionals with a good wealth of experience that includes a chartered accountant, an engineer and two distinguished lawyers.

SYDNEY ONYEBUCHI DIKE (founder and chairman of the board)
Chief Dike, the founder is a seasoned entrepreneur, whose entrpreneural shills is molded from his background and educational qualifications. He attended the best academic institutions affordable at his time. He attended Federal Government College PortHarcourt, Federal Government College Odogbolu, and the famous university of Lagos Akoka Lagos. He also attended several Executive, Entrepreneural and Management Programmes within and outside Nigeria. He also serves in the board of several other companies and trustee to many charitable organisations.
Chief Dike is a holder of several honours and titles.

C.O DIKE (Non - Executive Director) is a chartered Accountant and member of the institute of chartered Accountants of Nigeria with a wide range of experience in audit and financial management. His experience ranges from Communication, aviation and presently in Oil and Gas sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the university of Nigeria Nsukka and has attended several courses and training in Switserland, U.K and U.S.A.
Mr Dike brings his knowledge and top exposure in Resource and Financial management to The Sidwell Group.

DERAA JEMIE DIKE (Non - Executive Director) is an Engineer having graduated from IIT Chicago Illinus. He worked at various lines with Sidcom in the area of Server Installation and Maintenance. He was a pioneer staff at the inaugration of the FASTERNET network. He also pioneered our introduction of the GSM Gateway involved in call termination, Virtual Private Network, E-Commerce, Video and Audio Streaming, Data Broadcasting, Tele Medicene Installation and our E-Learning Programmes. He has worked in a few consulting firms in the United States as well as a multinational Engineering firm in the US. He brings to the board a wide range of experience and innovation.

MICHAEL C. NWABUFO (Executive Director) is an engineer of repute with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years. Nwabufo obtained a bachelor of Engineering with honours in Electrical / Electronics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1984. He further obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / MIS in 1999 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. In 2001 he also obtained a masters Degree Msc from the same university.
Nwabufo also holds an MBA Degree from the University of Lagos and has attended over forty major courses and seminars in Information-communication and Technology in various parts of the ICT World including USA, UK, Japan and China.
These include inlet Clonnel Conference UK, BWA fundamentals USA Lotus Notes Domino Administration, Microsoft Windows Administrator Structured editing Network Concepts to mention a few.
Nwabufo brings to the Sidwell Group his very distinguished career in Information Communication Technology having served at various lines in United Information Technologies Ltd as AGM Engineering , Bredero Price Nig Ltd, Beta Concepts Ltd, United Foods Co. Ltd, Pace Engineering.
He pioneered the development of Engineering department of Sidwell Communications Ltd thereby launching the company's core business area of Installation and Communication Masts and Site maintenance nationwide, Dish installations and configuration, Building of Base Transcewers Station (BTS)

EGBICHI N. DIKE is a University of Nigeria Nsukka Law graduate with interests in Environmental Law. She has since developed great interest in Capital Market Activities. She holds startegic positions in the group doubling as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor. She also oversees the legal amplicators of the environmental activities of E'bichingolf a subsidiary of The Sidwell Group.

Egwuonwu Orji Okorie Executive Director with over 15 years cognate experience in Corporate Management having attended the University of Nigeria Nsukka where he obtained bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and MBA from Abia State University Uturu.
He brings to the Sidwell Group a wealth of experience spanning from his services with United Bank for Africa (UBA), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Broadcasting Corporation of Abia State, Sidwell Communications Ltd and Sidwell Capital Management Company Ltd. His wealth of experience and exposure helps to direct the group's marketing and management policies.

NDUMARDI C. DIKE is presently pursuing a law degree in Igbinedion University. She is widely exposed to the business activities of the groupn and shows inclination to the groups Aviation Sector. Ndumardi has attended several Aviation courses ranging from reservations to ticketing and protocols and holds Amadeus Certificates in these areas. She has completed several exchange programmes with major Airlines.
